Universal differential controller for a buffer charging pump.

has one voltage output and two temperature sensors allowing:
- control of the boiler pump cooperating with the heat buffer, or
- control of the pump transferring water between buffer tanks, or
- differential control of the pump or valve depending on the temperature difference between the supply and the buffer.

Anti-Stop system prevents the rotor of an unused pump from seizing,
